Dec 12 to 15 Recap: Product Training, New Plans, Goals and Disappointments
Hello guys! Since I was so busy this week, I wasn’t able to create a video during that time. Right now, I may have the time to create a video for myself to share on what I have been doing last December 12 to 15 of 2013. Anyways, here’s my recap ladies and gentlemen:
* Last December 12 of 2013, we had another session of product training by the same speaker, this time in our hometown (Bacolod City). There are some key points that I have learned something new in this training, which was not mentioned in Iloilo City.
* On the following day, me and my associates are planning once again for our new goals in the upcoming week, as our uplines and leaders will be flying to Manila to attend the company’s nationwide Christmas party. At the same time, my cousin’s associate under me has a new distributor, a fresh graduate and a cum laude. His name is Lyndon. I was the one who trained him the basics of being a distributor, and he was a fast learner. On this day, me and Peter went to his area to prospect some of his friends, classmates and relatives. I saw how he talked and introduced me, but I’m disappointed because of all the training he had, he had nothing to absorb.
* On the next day, while my uplines are in Manila, I was the one who coordinated with the guests of my associates. At the same time, I talked with my associate and friend Peter about his very poor performance in product selling and inviting. I compared him to Lyndon who just signed-up, which the way he absorbs the things he learned than Peter is really fast. One reason why I seriously talked to Peter because although he attended a lot of training, but one thing for sure, he’s physically present but mentally absent. I really admitted to him that I am already tired of helping him or almost “giving him up”, because of his mental absence. I told him that I do have a little faith in him, so if he wants me to give him a chance, he needs to prove 100% to me that he can absorb what he have learned.
* On the following day, Peter finally showed and proved to me that he can do it, so I tested him. He wasn’t that great in the basics, but I am very satisfied of what he had learned from me. We talked a lot of people, and I saw how he introduced me this time, I am very impressed, but sad to say that these people are already involved in our network and other companies.
For this week, I would really think that this is going to be one of the most productive weeks I’ve ever had, because my downlines will be having more sign-ups, while I am now trying to find my own sign-up. From now on, I am not going to share my recap everyday. Instead, I am going to do this once per week. Wish me luck guys!
